Descent

Maldor is one of a race of half-angel, half-demon mages who have ruled over Anuva for centuries. As the king's son, he is becoming increasingly frustrated with court life as his father's decisions become more and more questionable. When a rebellious plot to overthrow the king goes terribly wrong, Maldor is thrust into a world quite different than the one he has known. Forced to make a decision between his angelic and demonic natures, his interior battle threatens to tear him apart as the enmity between subjects and ruler escalates into an all-out war.
