The world- to put it simply- is a mess.

In their hope to find a renewable source of energy, humans came across the best- humans. Tapping into the wonders of the human mind, electricity is generated all around the world. This newest technique of generating electricity is kept in wraps, as, no matter how efficient, it violates a lot of human rights. Thus, people from the Zones are kidnapped (because no one thinks of them as human), and kept in compounds for their future use.
Only, the people in the Zones are not as stupid as they would lead you to believe, masterminding an escape from Compound 11A 13.
