A young object named Pearl is stuck on an abandoned isle called Inanimate Island where she meets others stranded there, wanting to help her out.

Pearl and the others face many dangers and struggles along the way, but are optimistic that they'll find a way to make it back home, safe and sound.

That is to Pearl, who isn't able to see the full picture laid out in front of her.

Maybe that's for the better.
