When Blair Ultra is forced to participate in a local pageant show, she thinks nothing of it. I mean, it was supposed to be a funny memory for Blair and her friends, but what she didn't expect is to win the pageant and shipped out to L.A. for another pageant where she'll be live on television.
To top everything off, Blair's constantly annoyed by a certain boy with brown eyes and wavy golden hair that just happens to have a thing for her and all the other contestants.
