I've always been told to focus on the good.

By Jenette, Calum, Luke, Harry, Jesy, Perrie, Jim, my family and the loves but how can I focus on the good if there's none left?

He left me, scared, alone and vulnerable.

Where's the good in that? For your information, he was sweet and kind, handsome.. everything a girl could ask for, really. 

Even in therapy I get told over and over again.

But I know, it's all lies.
