Lost the Galar League, he thought that he was powerful and strong enough to win and sweep the leagues easily, well, he was wrong. A mistake that he kept repeating, a mistake that he didn't seem to care or notice, a mistake that happened after leaving to new regions.
He left his Pokemon to Professor Oak then completely forgot about it. He never got to use his Pokemon again, everyone was disappointed about hearing his losses and leaving his Pokemon behind but didn't show it to Ash.
And one act can change the entire course of history.
