On an 'All Hallows Eve' night Blair fetches her little brother Logan from a Halloween party and leaves him home. Soon after she goes to Jake's house, where her other close friends Candace and Holly are also there.
They decide to go out at night and watch some of their classmates prank a teacher and before the Sheriff arrives, they run away because they don't want to get into trouble for watching. Nevertheless they get lost in the darkness and get hunted by a creepy boy in a ghost costume with a knife. They reach Jake's house and this time they chose to play truth or dare, this time with others. During playing they realize that somebody- or something followed them. What happens next is a big mistake that will have consequences...
