(Minato and Kushina are alive and Naruto has two siblings)
After the nine-tails attack Minato and Kushina leave the village with their newborn twins to train them how to use the kyuubi's chakra. WAIT!!! Twins?! Didn't Kushina give birth to triplets? The answer is yes. Yes she did. But why are they leaving one child behind? Because unlike his siblings ,who hold the kyuubi's chakra,he holds the kyuubi's soul . But what happens to the child they left behind?
I'm sorry if there are any grammer mistakes in this story. My native langage isn't English.
This is probably going to be really bad because this is my first story and I don't know a lot about Naruto.

On October 10th, the kyuubi attacked the hidden leaf village, causing destruction and killing thousands however, it was then sealed into a new born called Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze but it was at the cost of the 3rd hokage's life, a year later, Kushina gave birth to 3 more children, Mito, Naruko and Naruto, now you must me wondering, Why is he called Naruto? well that's simple, it's because Kushina and Minato ignored their first born and took his name away from him, not only that, they give away his tittles as clan heir to the Namikaze and Uzumaki clans to him as well, they would train their other children instead of their first born, the village would torture him over something he had no control of and to top it all off, they extracted half of the kyuubi's soul and gave it to the third born child now named "Naruto," but..... what happens when the first born meets the kyuubi, befriends it and makes a deal with it, what happens when he gets given a new name, what happens when he exceeds his siblings in everything? what will happen to him in the future? well let me tell you the story of the first born child, the story of the neglected prodigy of Konoha...... In this story Naruto's parents are alive and he have a little sister and a brother. The day where the Kyuubi attack Konoha Minato sealed the Kyuubi's chakra inside of the Naruto younger siblings while he only has the soul of the Kyuubi. Ever since then they all receive a lot of attention to there family and the village leaving Naruto alone with no one else he had 2 friends who was always by his side until they turned there backs into him which result something inside of him started to break, not the seal of the Kyuubi something else. As on his way home he heard his parents and suppose god father talking about the prophecy about there children who were Menma and Nasumi they were wondering why Naruto wasn't there but Jiraya explained that he is not important so they come up to train the younger siblings the parents were hesitate at first but agreed not knowing that Naruto heard every single detail which result something Naruto felt something break, as the kyuubi inside of him notice this as which made him look at his Jailer who suddenly appeared in front of the seal gate he then notice something different on his eyes which shock him "I never thought that I'd live to see it again" Then Naruto lift his head and look at the Kyuubi with no fear nor hate just Emotionless "The Emperor Dojutsu"

Minato and Kushina do not die. Naruto has a twin sister named Naruko and later on has a younger sister named Mito. Naruto and Naruko are both jinchuriki only Naruko has the kyuubi's chakra and Naruto has the kyuubi soul sealed inside of him. Naruto doesn't have a good life after that. He neglected by his parents, but not his by his sisters. He doesn't get special training from his parents like his twin gets. Naruto doesn't get loved by his parents, instead they ignore him and focus on his sisters. Naruto decides to do something about this.
