Starclan had known and given warnings for moons of the cat that would rein death upon the clans for generations. The medicine cats always wondered how a single cat would do this. They could only think this cat would have to be leader, but were told this cat would hold no stars. Blood born of blood. Violence born of mistake. Hatred born of misguience. And one day, the warnings stopped. The stars grew quiet. And everyone waited in fear for what was to come- the cat had arrived.

If you are familiar with my series, Clans Eclipse, you should already have an idea of the plotline. It was originally written out as part of a 7 book series following a handful of different POVs. The title of this book, 'Skyclaws Hate' once belonged to a much shorter side story I did of just her during her time away from her clan. However, the story and plotline was written 4 years ago having started it when I was 14. Due to that there's a lot of plot holes, short chapters, and consistancy errors. I have decided to re-write the series by removing and changing a lot of smaller points. This new version will only take place across 3 books, following only 3 different POVs.

Her life gets turned upside down when a rebel group of exiles stages an assault on the NightClan camp, leaving holes in Brindlekit's heart that leads to a lifetime of troubled romance. Friskykit is the daughter of Shardstar, - formerly Despairheart - DarkClan's new leader. Even under new leadership, DarkClan has been struggling the most from the aftermath of the battle with Fishstar, and the rising tension in Friskykit's own family could be enough to turn her against them. After being brought to the NightClan camp by Dewfur, Lunakit is raised alongside Petalkit, Splatterkit, and Skykit, believing herself to be of NightClan blood. All she can remember from her past is a gray sky full of snowfall, which convinces her to team up with her best friend Brindlekit to solve the mystery of the scorching heat of this year's leaf-bare. Stormpaw knows his place. Despite being the son of the deputy of AquaClan, he knows he'll never amount to anything more than an average warrior. His greatest fear is being a disappointment to his family, and to lose his sister - Cloudypaw, who he knew was always destined for greatness. But when two wandering apprentices stumble upon one of his patrols, he feels compelled to help them. Why? He has no idea. Cherrykit is desperate. After watching dozens of her brother's failed attempts to woo Thunderstrike's daughter, she's marveled at the thought of a fairytale romance. Alas, she must've thought too much, since StarClan drops her right into a dramatic love triangle. No - a love square! This is a sequel to "The Darkest Star," so please read that first.
