FrostBite

Raine, a thirteen year old foster girl who lives in an abusive foster home, lives in a world full of people with crazy powers. She wishes that she could have them, to save herself. But she's never had anything that good happen to her, just last month her brother dissapered, I mean ran away. That's what the police say, but she knows better. Her brother would have never left her. Just when she thinks her life had hit rock bottom, her foster parents die in a fire, and the police try to pin it on her brother. In a fit of rage, she slams her hand down on a table. Ice erupts from her hand and covers the table. Now she has to prove her brothers innocence, and find him, before the killer strikes again.
