You were Early Human Experiments, in attempts to create super-soldiers to fight terrorist threats. Your Mother was supposed to be test subject 1, but they didn't know she was pregnant with you and sister. Due to the experiments you and your Sister was born with genetic defects, these defects being Wings. As you grew up your Wings turned Dark and scaly, and your sisters started growing feathers. you were coded as Subject 1-1 and your sister was 1-2, although the guards always called you both Andrew and Charlie. The only problem was the suspect was tracked getting a flight back to Iran. If Team Rainbow or the US government sent anyone to grab him things may get fishy.
