That Guy She Betrayed!

Rohan is pursuing his medical studies in a reputed government medical college. Like many others, he stepped into this field out of compulsion from his family.

Hailing from an upper-middle-class family, Rohan was decent at academics and had plenty of friends due to his friendly and courteous demeanour. He was quite a popular figure in college, thanks to his footballing abilities. For a first-year student to grab a spot in college football team itself is seen as a daunting task and again, to assume the captain's armband in the same year was a testament to his leadership skills. Our hero possesses maturity beyond his years, and despite all this, he showed little interest in mingling with girls and never had a girlfriend all his life. Going into the second year of medical school, there was desperation oozing out of his veins to somehow find a girlfriend for him. It did not take him much time to come across Arathi, one of his juniors, a gorgeous young lady hailing from a family of doctors.

Arathi was that sort of person who would never bother to give a glance at guys trying to impress her. Books were her best friends right from childhood days. It was like she was destined to follow the footsteps of either of her parents into the world of surgery. Despite knowing very well it would be a mammoth task to propose her, Rohan was convinced Arathi is the love of his life.
Their story gets even more interesting with a strange incident taking place in the college. Rohan was on the receiving end and Arathi was the one to decide his fate. Rohan gets temporarily expelled from the college.

Their worlds were never meant to collide again, but some years later the duo bizarrely meets again at the same place.
