Year 28XX. The world became the battlefield of humans and robots. Yes, you heard it right, robots. The A.I. or the Artificial Intelligence that came from London, England, U.K. and was design to help people became a little advance and had its own mind to make decisions by itself created hundreds to thousands of robots to become soldiers to fight over humanity. This A.I. has only one goal in its mind: to change humanity and rule over the world. Well, of course, in every battles, there is always a hero that will save us from it. William Shillen, the only man that ruled all human soldiers to fight over the robots. It was an endless war and all people are suffering from this battle. The war became like the Ending Days for every people. One year of a non-stopping war, everybody was losing hope that they would win. Then, one day, the robots stop coming unto the people. William Shillen made a contract with the A.I. that he knows it will agree unto. The robots and humans can live together without killing each other with only one rule to follow: Humans and robots can't harm each other without proper reasons to do itself. Alyssa has forgotten her brush with Death, but David's words have stayed with her: prepare. For what? She doesn't know. For a year, she's trained and become an almost undefeated boxer, putting all of her grief for the boy she loved and lost into being the best fighter. She's fast, strong, fearless. Now strange things have started happening, and she thinks she's losing her mind. How is she supposed to fight against what she can't see? Her mother's mind is clouded with a darkness no medicine can fix, and an ancient shadow circles the town, and Alyssa knows it's somehow related to her. Gifted in ways she doesn't understand, she's thrust into a triangle of devotion and danger-an angelic protector who refuses to leave her alone, a boy whose hands have held hers through the nights, and a darkness that wants only to make her surrender. In a race that runs as fast as her fists, Alyssa must choose who to trust and how much of herself to give-because the only way to stop a thing that feeds on light may be to become what it fears most. Will she save her mother and keep her humanity, or the secrets hasn't discovered cost her everything?
