Started: July 11th, 2018 Ended: Pending Allison Davis, 28 years old, fresh out of college, Creative Writing teacher at Academy of Advanced Talents, having applied at her own niece's school, she doesn't expect to find that she not only meets new friends and a new family at the school, but she finds a place in need of change that she initiates without trying. Silas Carter, 32 years old, Shakespearean Literature teacher of three years at Academy of Advanced Talents and originally from the United Kingdom. A new teacher has a arrived at school, who ironically lives across the street, and starts exciting students in ways unimaginable before now. In his short time at the school, he's never seen someone make a change so quickly and is hesitant to hop on board with her eccentric views. Grace Clarke, 29 years old, Drama teacher of one year at Academy of Advanced Talents. Her own experience has left her a shell of her former self, and quite disinclined to trust anyone or make new friends. She wholeheartedly agrees with the other teachers that Miss Davis is a dangerous kind of teacher, putting ideas in the students' heads about unrealistic goals, but soon realizes how wrong she is when she drops her pride to have a conversation with the girl. Finn Gardner, 36 years old, Band teacher of two years at Academy of Advanced Talents, is the only one willing to look past Miss Davis's odd ways from the start. The only one to appreciate the changes she makes to the students' lives. Miss Davis has a long way to go before her fellow colleagues can take her seriously. But the journey's the best part, and along the way, she not only forms close bonds with her students, but with her family and a few teachers who've seen the good she's doing.
