I brushed my teeth while putting my things into my back pack and kissed my mother in a a family photo before darting out the front door, and spitting both my toothbrush and the left over bubbles in my mouth onto the grass, I'd have to pick it up later. I ran out to the mail box and waved good by to my horse Smokey's small grave stone, reaching the bus just in time. My day went by as usual. I barely got through most of my classes staying dead silent through out. People would try to interact with me but all I could do was grunt at them. If only I could actually say "Speech Impediment" maybe they would stop talking about me. Some how the usual group of jerks found out I was gay and told everyone. This life sucks. I got into fifth period and Mr. Schmidt looked at me. I froze, Oh hell no. I started to shake as he told me to read. I know he had a speech impediment too, but it was embarrassing to turn down such a request. "Read the next two pages" such an easy sounding task is it not?..... He stepped to me and I froze. Did I mention that my language arts teach was the most beautiful man on earth and his pink collard shirt was clingy?! I guess not. "You dropped this." I heard a husky voice say. I turned around to look at what I dropped and realized it was my schedule. I gasped. Damn, I would have been fucked if I'd lost it. I guess I didn't put it in my bag... I looked up to thank him, but ended up not being able to find my voice. He's really attractive. Drop dead gorgeous attractive. Hot. He has brown hair that is spiked up in a messy way and shiny chocolate brown eyes that are hard not to stare at. His jawline was firm and he is extremely tall compared to my 5'3" height; he seems like he's 6'1". He looks in good shape -- the white shirt he was wearing showed off his broad muscular chest. He wore a leather-mans jacket from the school over the t-shirt, with black denim jeans, and converse. I swallowed. I snapped out of it and took the paper forcing myself to say "thanks." However, he walked away before I even finished. OK... he obviously isn't interested in the 'new girl' like all the other students are. I can't help but feel a bit disappointed. Out of all the guys that have hit on me in school today he is the only one that has caught my eye -- bad news is that he didn't even bother. "You know him? They go around just bullying everybody and anybody who makes them mad. What is worse is when a person is targeted at the school the whole school bully's them as well. One day Rosette decided it was enough and confronted Duke, the leader of the H3. After that, her whole life began to change.Complete

He's toxic, he's manipulative, he's mean, but somehow she's attracted to him. Of course neither wants to admit it though. I don't endulge in romance like this it's just fun to write. This is also a slow burn. If you're impatient and want character development fast this book isn't for you. I want to keep this story as realistic as possible and people changing their ways overnight isn't. I also just love books where not everything is sped through and you really get to know the characters and their habits.
