Christmas in New York ( a short story ) [WATTY'S 2019 ]

Katie is a barista at a coffee shop. She's working extra hours for Christmas to pay for gifts for her friends and family. The store is about to close and a handsome fellow knocks on the glass door. The gentlemen was standing out in the cold, so I let him in.

"I'm sorry, I know you guys are closed, but it's snowing and my car broke down"

"It's okay, we can stay here and warm up, then I'll drive you home"

An hour after closing, sparks flew...
