Ok so this is my first vampire story so give me some room to work with the new material I was given today. (Please?)

Wiping it away as a tear betrayed him as well he softly smiled and leaned in to kiss my head. "I promise Pen... I'll come back for you." Smiling softly I closed my eyes and looked down nodding. "You better.... asshole." I laughed softly and as did he as I looked back up to him. Staring at my eyes for a minute he softly kissed my head again and in a blink of an eye he was gone. "I love you..."
