John was expelled by the school. But this did not fix the school. The Hierarchy was broken, there was no community spirit left and noone strong enough to control those who were supressed. Especially the former Classmates of the King. Powers rose and fell in the wake of Johns expulsion. After stepping up and controlling classes one by one, Ethan managed to pull the school together through force and teaching them never to go too far, lest they wanted a second John. But now, with the Classes remembering John leaving 1 by 1, he was one of the last of the old guard, trying to keep a school together.

He rules similarly to Rei, discouraging bullying and doing his best to break the distance between the tiers, but nothing seems to work. Then, he gets wind that his cousin has enrolled as a cripple, and has successfully befriended the second-most powerful student in the school: Seraphina. Urging John to reveal his power and help him break the distance, he does everything in his power to bring John, not into the hierarchy, but to accept himself and his past. But what happens when the jack, Arlo, overhears their discussion? Will John become the Joker? Or will he accept his power with the help of his cousin? That's for me to know, and you to find out. Seraphina watches as John destroys the Royals falling to her knees knowing he had lied, in frustration seeing that John had lied she activates her ability regaining it unconsciously but incidentally time-traveled back to the day John Transferred to Wellston. She doesn't know that she had time traveled nor does she know how to go back. Will she try and time travel back to her usual time or will she try and change the future and change the timeline once she finds out? Taking his fathers words to heart, John Doe returns to Wellston with the intention of expelling himself from the hierarchy; attempting to turn over a new leaf with the ones he fought with for weeks. A short time after John's return, Isen comes to him battered and bruised from a late night battle pleading for assistance as both Seraphina and Arlo are nowhere to be found. With Blyke and Remi's well beings on the line, John has to make a decision to either become the man his wishes to be, or to remain the cold king he was before. How will this unforeseen event build and destroy bridges that were once thought to be unbreakable, and those that were thought to be permanently broken. (All Events take place as John is returning to Wellston and he begins to realize that Seraphina is hiding things from him, however, John has not made any attempt yet to join the Safe House and the clubs trip is still in the planning phase.)
