A 16-year-old girl named Mia is in a psychopathic world alone, in the beginning. she was born in Russia but moved to Utah. both her parents died in a severe car accident. she lives with her aunt and uncle.

The virus started with a flu shot. Mia didn't get flu shots, lucky her. the flu shot gave people the intention to kill anybody and anything. 

 She calls it the F.S.V. (Flu Shot Virus).
