This is the story of a man, who fights as much with himself, as he does the world around him. He is no hero, he is simply a man, trying to make the best he can of himself, and fix what he broke. He is both the protagonist, and antagonist of this story, because he does as much harm to himself as he does good.Complete

Since then, she has been using them to fight crime in her city as the Ember. Then, a man saves her life, and she discovers that she isn't the only one struggling with powers. When somebody from her dark past returns to her life, Amy must learn to trust herself and face her fears. Trigger Warning! This story features flashbacks of a past abusive relationship, so if that's something that you're not comfortable with, please don't read! The Shattered World

A little thing I should mention is that in the world of Akara (the planet they are on), the word God and Deity do not mean the same/are not the same being (Deities being stronger).
