Completed Izuku has always been sick. He was born quirkless and has an undiagnosed illness. He's slowly dying but still seems to smile for everyone. No one knows how or even why he's always seems to be so happy. -This will be sad and have self hatred, talk of depression and anxiety.

Izuku thought he was quirkless. Then at the end of his middle school years after almost encountering death he discovers his powers. The power to heal. He will be accepted into UA but rather than being a hero by fighting villains, he will become the greatest hero but not with violence and punches rather with his heart.

Or Izuku is hit with a quirk that causes him to gradually get younger and lose his memories and Katsuki looks after him while he recovers.

Izuku Midoriya has a quirk, called "Dark Scars". This quirk makes another person extremely sad, useful to make a villain think about what they are doing and who they are affecting. But there are two drawbacks to his quirk. It takes a massive amount of energy to contain his quirk so not to use it on innocent people. It also leaves scars all over his body. When it turns out that Izuku's quirk can do more than affecting other people's feelings, How will his classmates react to his new power?

Midoriya Izuku never said a thing about Bakugo Katsuki's bullying. It was growing inside him, and eventually, it exploded. Bakugo's attitude towards Midoriya changed, for the worst and maybe for the best. "I wanted to know and I wanted to feel, but that was not my decision to make. I would wait patiently for him, even if he'd take eternity." "My heart melted a bit, from a feeling I had long forgotten. It felt like light sparks in my stomach, but not like the one I make out of anger with my quirk. It felt like tingles from my mum when I was young. Izuku Midoriya is a boy that has gone through hell and back. He was bullied for not having a quirk all through middle school by his "best friend" Katsuki Bakugo. Then out of the blue, he gained a quirk. His quirk is called "Emotional Damage". It isn't as bad as it sounds. It just means that when someone is faced with torture or something similar to it you will gain a quirk. It's pretty rare so he doesn't use it much. This quirk allows the owner to have a certain thing happen to him based on his emotions. Deku had gone through a Femboy phase so he just goes with it now, no matter what people say or think and somehow got a harem along the way. He has grown mentally and physically tough so it's hard to get to his heart. Will his harem the consist of his classmates be able to break down the layers to this badass femboy's heart or not. Izuku Midoriya formerly izuku yagi had a good life up until he was diagnosed quirkless. He was neglected and beaten by his own (all might and magnetic) family and (1A) friends. Over the years izuku learn how to defend himself in private, read comics from before quirks were around and learning about heroes quirks. One day, while izuku is running away from his tormentors, he runs into the forest to lose them. After he does he realizes he's lost and then he sees a meteor coming towards him. After it crashes izuku feels like it's calling to him, he goes near it and almost in an instant he feels a sudden surge of power and strength he never felt before. Now with these new abilities he will become the next number one hero and symbol of hope.
