There was an apartment building in the centre of the city, two blocks away from the university. Because it was so close to campus, it was common for college students to rent apartments there. But Apartment Thirteen, there were rumours. People were always superstitious that there was already someone living in there and they wouldn't like getting a roommate. For that reason, it spent years empty.

But there was a new girl in town, transferring to the campus for the new year. She had no fear, claiming apartment thirteen as her own. And it was only a matter of time before Apartment Thirteen showed it's true colours.
