In an overcrowded bustling city full of neon signs and dark alleys a series of interesting murders that have caught the attention of the many news networks.
Each victim was someone of influence and almost always someone disliked by the public.
The networks have called them the Cheshire Killer because they have been seen wearing a smiling cat mask with no eyes.
As the New Sydney Investigative Bureau is gutted and replaced by automotive detector drones, Samuel Winter, the last remaining human detective in the north eastern district is on the case.
Meanwhile, Etta Red, junior reporter at Channel 671 News Network has been tasked to follow the story.
