The State and the Sovereign have been at war for years. Two opposing leaders control their society's every move. Such obvious dictatorship must always have doubters, and the State contains two of these souls. Despite their differences, the hacker and commander search for a way, any way, to bring their twisted government to its knees.
Meanwhile, a girl wanders through a foreign land, desperately attempting to block her past and fill her loneliness. However, from her psychological hardship stems only destruction as with just a click of her fingers, objects disappear one by one. And in the girl's damaged mind, she has no comprehension of the consequences.
The State's panic only grows; and with panic, comes harsher punishments.
