This is a typical Cinderella love story. But a Ukiss group member is prince charming this time. ....Fair, Nice, Beautiful. No one has ever noticed this. Everybody thinks she's ugly, a failure, and a total loser just because her stepsister, Ella the 'most popular girl' in school says so. Ailee lives in a very big mansion. But just because she lives in a mansion, doesn't means her life is all so perfect. Her step-mom and stepsister always torment her. And the worst part is, she is treated like the maid. Ailee hates being treated like this. She couldn't go anywhere or do anything! A huge party was just right around the corner and she just wanted a night to herself. With the help of her best friend will she make it to the party without her step-family knowing? This is inspired by a writing project I supervised when I worked with an elementary student. This writing project was a group project to make their own spin on a fairy tale assigned to the group. It had to have all the main points of their fairy tale, start and and with the common phrases of a fairy tale, and it had to have their own creative spin. My student did Cinderella, and it was so fun to work with him and his group, I wanted to make my own. Our dear Cinderella loves to bake, but she's not exactly looking for love when an opportunity to make a name for herself comes up. Living a life out of a fairytale story is really not as it is cut out to be. I mean, Cinderella had to clean up a whole mansion by herself every day. Belle had to put up with a housemate who needed a shaver as much as he needed anger management classes. And don't even let me get started with Snow White and her stepmom's drama. Really, Rapunzel of the 21st century? I would rather be a tree. At least I would be contributing oxygen to the world. -------------------- Arianna had lost track of the number of houses, schools and countries she had moved to in order to run away from her crazy stalker until finally her Dad had just had enough and locked her up in the penthouse of The Tower, a building he owned in the city, with only her flamboyant cousin for company. But one desperate decision to sneak out of the house one night caused her an eventful meeting with Tristan, a mysterious boy, who suddenly seemed to be cropping up all the time after that first meet. A Somewhat Different Fairy Tale
Once upon a time... ...Cinderella tried the shoe on, it fitted perfectly. So Cinderella married the Prince and they lived happily ever after. Bullshit. The truth was... As soon as they entered the huge bedroom, the prince slammed Cinderella against the wall roughly, leaning closer and whispered into the other's ear. "Didn't I say I'll catch you, Cinderella, or do you prefer Kibum?" Kibum shivered under the prince's words. The prince's voice sounded so cold and at that second, Kibum asked himself whether it wasn't a mistake to show up at the ball. Yet, what else should he do? There hadn't been another choice. Pushing the prince away from him with all his strength, Kibum replied. "If you think you won, you're wrong, Prince Jonghyun. This is just the beginning." You think you know fairy tales? Are you sure? Are you sure the Prince had given the ball to find himself a wife? Are you sure the Godmother was the one who helped Cinderella?
