17 parts Complete Mature

Jay Venderson had always been an outcast. Her traumatic past pushed her to become an assassin. In doing so, she met her reliable partner, Andrew Skye. But one day, the two of them are transported to another world thanks to a book discovered during one of their jobs. Upon entering the world, they learned that they were part of an ancient prophecy. Their mission was to fight the darkness encroaching upon the world. Demons and evil spirits were wreaking havoc everywhere. Together, they prepared for the many battles they would face. At least, that is how it should have been. One day, Andrew vanished. Shortly after, Jay discovered evidence of someone controlling the darkness. The discovery changed everything. Forced to face this threat without Andrew, Jay builds an army to take out the darkness in one final major battle. But when the final day arrived, the answers she had searched for were far more darker than she could have ever imagined.
