Sophie rushes Keefe to Elwin after the fight in Loanmore. She loyally stays by Keefe's side and waits for him to wake up. Despite Elwin assuring her that Keefe should be fine, Sophie still worries and stays by Keefe for 3 days. When he nearly dies, Sophie desperately tries to wake him up. She ends up kissing Keefe, begging him to wake up, and he does. They start dating and Fitz does not take that well.

Beginning right after the latest Keepers book Unlocked, Sophie returns home to Find Grady suspiciously sad, but never in her mind could she have imagined why, finally she goes up stairs and reads Keefe's (heartbreaking) letter.
