"Sometimes I wonder what my mother would say if I ever told her where I was or what I was doing. I was never proud of it. Stealing things was never something I ever wanted to do, but I'm forced to. She always told me I was like the rain: quiet and silent, yet lovely and inviting. I never really understood what my mother meant by that. It wasn't until recently that it dawned on me.
