Takuma the World's Savior

This story based on the manga 'Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu' here, I want to make Takuma as the lord of the light powers, who was sent to always uphold the good, the ruler of light, this is a consequence of his surgery, because he should have failed in his surgery. He is required to fight three forces that out of control. There a Five Forces in the body of the Lord of Darkness and light. There are lightning power, water power, wind power, fire power and ground power.
