Have you ever wondered what goes on inside of the mind of a truly broken soul? The mind of a person with severe mental disorders. The one who smiles on the outside but is really dying within. Walking Into Black
Don't fear death. It does nothing for you. Death is at every turn; the challenge is if you choose to accept it or not. Don't fear pain. Pain is how you learn. Pain is the side-effect of life. If you live life fearing getting hurt...can you truly live life fully? I've felt pain. I've accepted death. I've lived, I've learned, I've drowned a few times. If all I have to show for it is small bundles of letters and words...so be it. That's more than I could have ever hoped for. Everything that means anything to me are just words. You can put anything into words. Anything and everything. You can put death into words. You can put pain into words. You can put fear into words. And I have. And you can read them, if you want. You can learn from them; learn to stop fearing, learn to stop living in the future, behind your mask. But only if you care enough to listen. I speak loud and clear, yet nobody can hear me. Life experiences
I've been through my own struggle, whether it was created in my head by way of prolonged sadness or bitterness/resentment, or if I was struggling with things I had no control over like failed friendships, a broken heart, or family drama. This is my advice to you based off of my life experiences. Along with pieces of life experience advice I've included poetry and spoken word pieces from different perspectives and I try to break down life into beautiful words that people can relate to and see that we all struggle- you're not alone and we are each so valuable.Complete
The Light in the Dark (Completed)
Cover made by the amazing @mikeyspizzadope (go check them out they're cool) It's 3 A.M., and you can't sleep. Your heart feels like it might burst out of your chest. Your ears are ringing, echoing in your brain, and everything hurts so badly. Your vision is going blurry as you try to fight back the tears, and you're wondering why you even try anymore. At one point or another, most of us have experienced the feeling of worthlessness, shame, or guilt. We feel like we're at rock bottom, and it seems like nothing will ever get any better no matter how hard we try. One thing we do know for sure, though, is that where there is dark, there is bound to be light, no matter how small that speck may be. There's always hope, no matter how far out of reach it may seem. There's always light in the dark. TW/CW: mentions of anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts. "I know that even when things seem dark and at rock bottom, there's always hope. There's always a light at the end of the tunnel.
