This is a short story about Jack and his first wife Lyndy. It does not follow any timeline in the Heartland TV series. Multiple chapters, the story explores how Jack & Lyndy met, lessons from their childhood, Jack helps Amy deal with a difficult situation with advice he shares from Lyndy and his life with her. Amy & Ty are presented with opportunities from new friends, who surprisingly have connections to Heartland many years ago. A multi-generational Heartland story full of Heartfelt memories.

Kidnapped
This story starts when Amy comes home from Europe, but Amy is not the Amy who left Heartland 4 months ago. This Amy is like the original Amy when she was 15/16, more outspoken, won't be pushed around and she'll stand up for herself which Lou will discover herself. The night of the Party that Ahmed put on showed Ahmed that she had changed. Amy had 4 months with no Family bossing her around or trying to control her, which Lou seemed to enjoy as she was better and smarter than the rest of the family as far as she thought. Tim was the same as Lou , always trying to get Amy to do things for him for nothing even when he knew she was busy. But that wasn't going to happen anymore. Ahmed tried to kiss Amy while at the party but Amy out smarted him and stood up Just as he was about move in which pissed him off. Amy told him off for over stepping there friendship, he wanted her to renew her contract but Amy refused stating that she had her Own Business to get back up and running . The first thing was to tell the family and Ty what Ahmed tried to do .Complete

Amy returns home from Europe and finds the family turning on her for cheating on Ty, unfortunately Amy is none the wiser about what there on about, even more confusing is a video that she has no recollection of being in or doing. Later when the truth comes out Amy is mortified. Ty blames her for going when he'd told her he wasn't happy about it, not the Job but the Person she was going with and he didn't trust him, neither did the family except Tim. She'd decided not to go ,but Tim pushed and bullied her until she did go much to Ty's disapproval which put a bigger strain on there relationship when the truth finally comes out on what Amy had been put through unbeknown to her.Complete

Amy is Older and Ty is not on probation. ************ Amy is 17 years old and 4 weeks away from her 18th Birthday, she's dating Jesse Stanton and Marion is Alive and well. Amy's invited to a party and goes after Jesse promised Marion he would keep her safe. Unfortunately Jesse not only Drinks too much but takes something while at the usual Stanton party, things do not go well and Amy Runs away towards home with Soraya desperately looking for her. In a few months time Jack takes on an apprentice who wants to learn about Ranching and how to work with Cattle. He's also going to do a couple of hours first thing for Marion as in the Barn chores then the rest of the day working and helping Jack, his Mum and Stepdad Just moved to Hudson, his name, Ty Borden. ******* I hope you enjoy this story as much as I enjoyed writing it.Complete
