A girl's dream is to meet her favorite band, One Direction. She hopes and longs to meet them. Her favorite member is Harry, but she loves them all. Her name is Katherine, but she likes to be called Kat. She is going into her senior year at Riverdale. Riverdale is a very small school. On the first day of school, Kat is met with a surprise. What will it be? Or who will it be? What will happen between the surprise and Kat's ex-boyfriend? Will the surprise like her?
Note: I got this idea from another story on Wattpad and I wanted to write my own version.
This story takes place when they are about to get back together after their hiatus. Liam and Louis released their solo album, Niall, Harry and Zayn released two albums.
A little bit about the main character: Katherine Grant- She is the main character. Most people call her Kat. She is a huge fan of One Direction. She has 2 best friends, Claire and Amber. She also has a couple of other good friends, Belle, Cora, and Tanner. She has a few guys friends, Finn, John, Nathan, and Sam. All her friends, go to school together and they always eat lunch together. Finn and Kat used to be boyfriend and girlfriend, but Kat broke up with him because she didn't want to be with him anymore. Kat has an 18-month-old brother, Gilbert. She is 18 years old and works at Chick-Fil-A.

I honestly can't really cope with Liams passing so I'm writing a fanfic. This is my way of keeping Liam alive. The idea of the book is one that I pulled from an old unpublished fanfic I wrote in 2014. The idea was to travel back in time to be with one direction, which now seems something I want to do more than ever. I'll tell you now that I decided the main character will travel back from a time where Liam was still alive so she doesn't have to deal with knowing when he'll pass away. Just to keep everything light and fun. Disclaimer I'll publish as I go so sorry if you have to wait for the next chapter, but I'm uploading every other day. Normally I wouldn't publish my writing I'm too much of a perfectionist to share stuff like this but grieving alone really sucks so I'm just hoping us directioners can find comfort within each other. I'll try my best to include many personal details and events about the boys into the book but I have to leave some room for creative writing. I'm also just grieving and hurting so please let's be kind to one another.

Directionators and Directioners: terms known well in the fan fiction, tumblr, twitter, and internet world. Those are the two distinct groups surrounding One Direction, but Marissa isn't either of those. Marissa is a Direction Hater. She can't stand to listen to their music, and she doesn't understand the hype surrounding the boys. They, afterall to Marissa, are just a phase the girls are going through. Within a months time Mariss thinks the crazed phase will pass, and everyone will be back to normal. After arriving at school one day, she is appalled to see that the boys are hosting a signing and concert on the last day of school at her school. Her best friend Bethany, is a senior and obsessed with One Direction, along with most of every other girl in the school. Marissa is sucked in by her best friend to help her with scrapbooks, and T-shirts for the last day of school. Bethany even persuades Marissa to go to the signing with her. During all the bustle, the boys take notice of Marissa, especially Niall. The boys try to make conversation with her, but she doesn't let them into her life. The boys are beyond confused. Most girls, fans or not, usually will talk to them or just say hi. The boys brush it off, but Niall doesn't. I wrote this when I was like 15 so it's awful and horribly inaccurate regarding lots of stuff and the characters are really, really annoying. If it didn't have so many reads and votes and that I would delete it. PLEASE, if you want something with better writing and still full of angst, look at my other fics instead (Tempest is my fav) // Harry is upset, he just wants someone to care about him but he keeps pushing everyone away.
