For explanation Kurama has a Human Form/Transformation but since he is naturally a Fox he keeps his anatomically correct genitals. Meaning, YES he will have a KNOT but he himself is not In his complete Fox form while have sex with Naruto and neither is Naruto in his complete Fox form. At Most Naruto will have his Fox ears and tails out. This story DOES NOT have beastiality/sex with animals.
