Part 1 of the F.O.D. Tetralogy. After Kenny dies (in South Park Season 5 Episode 13), he spends a year in Hell, between life and death, trying to finally pass on. Unfortunately, he's poor and doesn't have enough obols to pay the way across the river Acheron. Will he whore his way into the afterlife, or will he end up chucked back into South Park, his own Hell on Earth? * "Kenny Dies" explores the experiences Kenny McCormick has in the underworld during his 1-year absence from the lives of Stan, Kyle, and Cartman (aside from his numerous impromptu possessions of Cartman's body). We figure out what exactly took him so long to get back after his death in South Park's "Kenny Dies" episode. Follow Kenny through the underworld, where he is stopped by Charon from getting across the river because he is too poor to pay the boat fare; and meets the three judges of the dead, not to mention Hades himself. Get to know Kevin Stoley, who is taken on his own adventure far, far away when he is summoned temporarily to the underworld to translate Kenny's mumblings for the gods and demigods. Too bad he couldn't bring his light saber. Meet a few bastardized versions of Greek myth: sleazy though lovable Charon who will do anything to make an obol; underachiever Rhadamanthus who relies on fellow judge Aeacus to pick up his slack; and the whiny Minos who sends everyone who pisses him off into the labyrinth in his backyard, including anyone who glances at his daughter, Ariadne, to whose licentiousness Minos is blind. Along his journey through the world of the dead, Kenny encounters bigotry, racism, and betrayal, even among the gods, and he soon learns that no one, by any means, goes to a better place when they're dead. The F.O.D. series features tons of classic characters from South Park: Mr. Garrison, good ol' Randy, the Goth kids, and a shit ton more. Towelie might even pop in to say, "High!" I dedicate this to South Park season 6, one of Matt and Trey's most notorious.

*to be edited: please excuse any continuity errors and / or mistakes in regards the writing quality of Hades* Ellie is just like every other normal eighteen year old girl in the world, except for one big reason. She's the daughter of Hades. And an immortal goddess in charge of managing suicide in the world. And she's been locked in the darkness of the Underworld for her entire life. So basically, her life couldn't get any more abnormal if she tried. Ellie longs to experience life like everybody else her age, but for as long as she can remember her parents haven't let her travel up to the surface, and she's been forced to imagine the upper world through the stories her mother told and the books she read. Until, one day, her parents finally give in and let her go up to the surface to see the world through her own eyes, and her world explodes with colour. Then, just when she thinks her life couldn't get more exciting, she stumbles across a very particular green-eyed god; one who throws her perfectly organised world into complete chaos and shows her what it means to live in the light. But what Ellie doesn't know, is that the Fates have a prophecy for her. A prophecy that she couldn't escape if she tried. A prophecy that has tangled it's gnarled fingers into the threads of her life, and may just throw the world into the darkness Ellie has spent her whole life trying to escape. "He's the son of Aphrodite, she's the daughter of Hades. He's light, she's the oncoming darkness. He advocates for love, she's the embodiment of death. What could possibly go wrong?" (Third book in the "Hades" series)
