This is a story set in Skyrim, and you could call it fan fiction if you like. But in truth, it's a medieval fantasy that tells the somber tale of a girl named Elsie. Born a Nightingale, Elsie grew up in one of Cyrodiil's hardest eras. Through her journey across her world and her time, she fought to survive, loved and lost, laid her loved ones to rest, founded a new religion, and ultimately built an empire. She dealt with Daedric Princes-or rather, she was a pawn in their divine and intricate games. As she grew, she gained immense power, ruling over people and nations alike. Yet, throughout her life, she managed to hold on to her innocence and the child within. So this story, told and written by her own hand, may seem to you both naive and tender, despite the weighty themes it explores. Honor of the Dragonborn by SleepyHedgehog211

Third story to "His Harbinger," sequel to "Something to Protect." Everything makes much more sense if you at least read "His Harbinger" first. Vilkas x Dragonborn (established) Farkas x Lydia (also established and a bit background) Based on my play through of the Dragonborn DLC with my Dragonborn Krinna Dovh, a female Nord. Krinna has visions and premonitions so there are some things she just knows (continuing a headcannon established in the first two books). Mostly told from Vilkas's perspective, with occasional snippets from the Dragonborn's perspective. Also explores aspects of married life; Vilkas being hot-tempered, but sweet and loyal. Story is set after the Companions quest line, the civil war, and the main story line is complete (events of "His Harbinger") and after the Dawnguard DLC (events of "Something to Protect") Also not entirely cannon compliant. And of course this is a fanfiction, the only thing unique to me is my specific characterization of the Dragonborn, everything else belongs to Bethesda, including portions of the dialogue. And lastly, marked mature for some strongly suggestive occasions (I won't write the details, but they're married), and occasional vulgar language.
