What We've Become (Carl Grimes Fanfiction)

My name is Shaylyn Grey. In the past two years, everything has changed. The dead now roam the earth, terrorizing and eating the living. No one knows how it started, no one knows if it'll end, but I want to live to find out. I've made it this far. I've traveled miles from Colorado in search of my parents. I don't know if they made it, but I intend to find out. I've made it all the way to Georgia, and have seen most of the U.S. in ruins. I haven't seen another decent person in a year. All the ones I have seen since all this went down are dead. I don't know much, but I do know that nothing remains of life as we knew it.
