Once a long long time ago Coyote, seeing winter coming, walked through the woods looking for shelter. He stumbled upon Nanabozho, god of rabbits and a fellow trickster god. Coyote said "Oh Nanabozho you look swell today." Nanabozho, knowing coyote's true nature, cautiously said, " What do you want Coyote?" "I am shocked and appalled that you would think of me as coming to trick you Nanabozho after the last time." "What is your game?" Nanabozho asked Coyote. "Well I am here to seek aid and shelter for the winter," Coyote responded. "No, leave my land you foul fiend - not until you repay me my 75 carrots will I even consider such a request." With that Coyote continued on his journey.
