It is the 33rd century, war still rages endlessly, and amongst the stars humanity remains fractured. The Galactic Empire, forged on the carcass of the old Republic, persists with its conquest for complete and unparalleled domination over the vast reaches of the cosmos, and to purge that which they see unfit as they spread their perversion of what the Republic once stood for. While independent rebel forces with their minuscule manpower each push back against The Emperor's cruel regime with all their might, they suffer tremendous casualties and are executed with exceptional cruelty. This new spark of a Galactic Civil War has already lit a fire too big to quell now, and will only get stronger. The Empire already has torn apart countless star systems, the inhabitants either joining the untold billions of the Empire, or being crushed under their heel. To be a man in such times is to live in fear, fear of the unchanging cruelty from the Emperor's iron fist, fear of stepping out of line. There is little hope in the midst of the scent of death and the cruel laughter of Imperial Officers, yet many hold on. Meanwhile in a distant and quiet sector of the galaxy, a planet known as Sylvaris resides, unscorched by blaster fire. Soon however, that will change, as a surviving Jedi has been located by Imperial spies on a planet called Ayidia, living in a nation referred to its citizens as "Forshaan". A young child known as Fletcher Carmine happily lives with his parents and his sister here in a shack in the woods, unaware of how drastically this day will change the trajectory of his life, and the galaxy as a whole. Act 1 is very heavily influenced by The Force Unleashed 1 Act 2 is still in development (Descriptions will be updated as more is written, there will also be a lot of revisions bc I'm always changing shit so my apologies for that)

When the Aliens, the Covenant, invaded, it seemed as if Mankind had no hope. Then the Spartans came to the rescue. These genetically modified super soldiers, originally meant to quell insurrectionist activity, now held the fate of their race in their hands. Many died for the cause, and many victories were won because of their intervention. Through all the dirt and blood, one rose above them all, Master Chief, or John 117. This ultimate Spartan II, paired with the special AI, or artificial intelligence, Cortana, led humanity to victory time and time again, escaping death more times than thought possible. However, after defeating the zombie-like Flood that threatened humanity and aliens alike, he disappeared without a trace. With hope at an all time low, and alien threats still on the horizon, something had to be done. This is the purpose of Steele, Spartan 118. Despite the process being banned after Spartan IIs, humanity is desperate, and so he's kidnapped, trained, and augmented the same as the original Spartan IIs by Dr. Catherine Halsey. The pressure is now on to replicate the Master Chief through him, and the road of Hero will not be easy. Secrets are kept from him, trust is broken, and hidden enemies threaten his life and those around him. However, Steele was chosen for a reason, and those who threaten the innocent better watch out. A New Hero Has Risen. _____________________________________ Takes place during the years of the popular video games Halo 3, Halo 4, and beyond. Halo 4 Reclamation - Alternate Universe Halo Story von Chris9417
16 Kapitel Abgeschlossene Geschichte
In an alternate universe of Halo, the Master Chief and Cortana arrive on Earth after their harrowing journey through the stars, but with a dark twist-Cortana is rapidly succumbing to Rampancy. In a desperate bid to save her, the Chief seeks out Dr. Halsey, the brilliant scientist who created her, only to discover that the only way to preserve Cortana's consciousness is to upload her into a human host. The process will "kill" the human's mind, leaving Cortana as the sole occupant of the body, effectively replacing them. In a shocking turn, Dr. Halsey volunteers herself, offering up her own life to save the AI that has become so much more than just a tool. Halsey undergoes the procedure, and what emerges is a new, human version of Cortana-still carrying the brilliance and tactical genius of the AI, but now trapped in a fragile human form. With ONI breathing down their necks and the UNSC labeling them as fugitives, Chief and Cortana (now Halsey) are forced into a high-stakes escape. Together, they must navigate treacherous waters, relying on the very skills and knowledge that made them the ultimate weapons of war. As they flee to the fringes of the galaxy, they set up a hidden outpost where Cortana/Halsey begins to harness both human and AI strengths to outwit their enemies. With new alliances and strategies at their disposal, they must take the fight to ONI, knowing that the path forward could alter the future of humanity-and their own survival-forever. This is a story of sacrifice, survival, and a relentless fight for freedom against the very forces that created them.
