Years ago, I was in my room. When I heard a loud crash. I didn't know what to do. I was young. So I just remember a man in armor and then nothing. Years later, I live in the shadows and watch over people in New York. Until one night, that all changed. I met a female about my age. I followed her to a subway where I saw the Foot Clan scaring people.

I saw the girl. With a gun pointed right at her. Until I saw the lights turn off. I made my move. I got some Foot. And ran into four giant mutant turtles. Then, my life changed. I was gonna find the man who killed my parents and changed my life all that time ago.

Thousands of years ago, two brothers stood on opposite sides of the battlefield, one fought for peace while the other wanted violence. A new enemy threatens the peace of New York after a battle which was too intense leaving not only Leonardo fataly injured but bringing about news of two secret brothers living amongst the walls of the city. This enemy wants to rid of the brothers and seek out the golden throne that possesses a powerful magic which will help them take over the world. While the turtles try to work out who the brothers are, two of them experience strange visions which links to what is being spoken about. Soon they realise who the brothers are and why they are being hunted down.
