Hij rekent hierin ook af met de goedbedoelde, maar hun doel voorbij schietende hulpverlening, zoals AA en klinieken, die vaak het
tegenovergestelde bereiken.
Hij probeert het maar één keer, zonder de befaamde terugvallen.
En die ene kans was walgelijk maar genoeg.
De na-zorg door de huisarts verricht was genoeg.

A delayed flight. A stranger at a hotel bar. A one night stand.
