Crowley puts on a robe and walks around the dull lit hotel room. He groans. Technically demons don't really need to sleep, but Crowley swears that his body is uncomfortable after the consumption of too much alcohol. His mind is too bottled up from talking earlier that he jumps into bed and barely thinks of his surroundings. His body merely feels exhausted, aching from the effort of suppressing his desires."
All my late night writings when I refused to sleep. There's no broken english, I've made sure of it! It's a short story of Crowley and Aziraphale :) And yes, the cover is my very OWN artwork lol!

He pressed his forehead against Aziraphale's. His hands trembled as they cradled the angel's face. He took another ragged breath. "You don't want to do this! You don't want this from me!" Now it was Aziraphale's turn to take a inhale deeply. Their mouths were so close that their breath mingled. He could feel heat from the demon, from their pressed foreheads, down his chest, to his groin. He drained away the minor alcohol in his system and let cold, hard clarity wash over him. This was...dangerous. This was wild and thoughtless. Hedonistic. This should stop. That would be for the best. Safe. Sane. Responsible. "No" Aziraphale's voice ghosted the word. Crowley doesn't lift his eyes to see the sickly look on his face, the twist of pain where only joyous smiles should ever be. "Bandages need changing", he mumbles, eyes fixed firmly on his working hands. "No. I meant-" He can hear as Aziraphale swallows. "Why do you care for me?" It isn't just 'why do you take care of me'. It's 'why do you still care at all'. Crowley has to close his eyes for a second, makes sure Aziraphale doesn't see. "Cause you're here", he says, voice carefully detached, "and you're hurt, and you need someone. And that someone's gotta be me." "Why?" He won't answer that. He can't answer that. How could he not? The angel and demon pairing had been best friends for over 6,000 years and Crowley's voice was just so convincing. But oh boy, was he wrong. Mere weeks after the failed Armageddon, Heaven and Hell grew restless. They felt cheated out of a much needed war- a war that the angels should have won. After many days of arguing, Heaven and Hell shockingly came to an agreement- they would host a series of challenges, games if you will, to prove which side was better. When both Crowley and Aziraphale refuse to participate, Heaven and Hell punish them with something so awful that the boys wish they had just stayed on their respective sides and followed the Plan.
