chester finally had freedom. after five years in a ward, he managed to convince his psychologist that he was no longer a threat to himself.
he meets a stranger in the mall, going by the name of mike, on the day of his release. after colliding with him at the entrance to the music store when the latter was in a rush to escape a large crowd in which chester assumed it was a fight, mike leaves with the elder's address and the intent to buy him a new phone after the stranger's six-year-old phone shattered at the very second it touched the floor.
the issue is, he felt attracted to the elder after the whole endeavour, and after turning up to his house without an invite, mike finds chester beaten and bruised and the culprit was his very own father.
