You probably do not care. That is fine. This story is just for the people who do and me.  Mostly it is for me. This 'book' is a collection of thoughts and ideas from the random abyss that is my brain, in specific regard to my struggles and triumphs with fitness. I do not think most people care about those things, but if you do, and you feel like being moderately amused. I invite you to read them. 

This book will be part of a few different books, all that include my satirical thoughts on life.
