Chase was Sab's first and ultimate love, or so she thought. Because three years after he flew to the States to seek for a greener pasture, he decided to end their five-year relationship through a heartbreaking phone call.

Sab blamed herself over Chase's decision to break up with her. Kung sana'y natupad lang niya ang pangako niya ritong sasamahan niya ito sa States pagka-graduate niya ng college upang doon na sila magkasamang manirahan, sana'y sila pa rin hanggang ngayon. She had her reasons, yes, but that didn't make her feel less guilty about their breakup. Thus, she spent the next years of her life wishing for a second chance with him.

After three years, her long-time prayer was finally answered. Chase was back in the country... and back in her life! And her hopes for a second chance with him soared high when he told her that he wanted them to start anew. It was, indeed, an answered prayer! But her hopes for a second chance on a happily-ever-after was once again crushed into pieces when she learned that the man she loves with all her heart already belongs to somebody else.
