This is a book of thoughts and poems. It's more of an anonymous thing. I'm just a girl, just a number in the 7.5 billion people. I could be anyone. Just a random passer by in the street.
Whenever you pass someone, do you look at them? Do you ever check their eyes? Are they smiling?
You don't ever know someone until it's too late.
I'm just another one of those people you may have seen, but never will meet.

Scratching the Surface (Poems)
UPDATE: I wrote these when I was 13 and depressed all the time. I'm 18 now, and, fortunately, life's been going well! Unfortunately, these poems are fairly cringe, so read at your own risk. Just some poems that I write when I'm in the poetic mood. Occasionally, there might be some other people's poems. I should warn you that these can get kind of dark. Give me shelter
Have you ever felt so lonely you believed there was nothing left for you? Stashed away, merely forgotten. I mean you could cry and cry, yet no one would hear you. At least no one you truly once loved. Being yourself can be detrimental to others happiness, and so you down play who you are. You devalue your beliefs, your morals fall short and that hollow rock turns into your Mirror. Do you matter anymore? Would anyone care if you simply disappeared? Could you find your way out of the darkness? Look Closer is one of my favourite quotes and so I'll use it as a guide to understanding the complex characters you're about to meet.Complete

I honestly feel like I see the world differently, so here's my explanation. My experience, stories, thoughts, wisdom, help, and inspiration in this book is to help me release my burden and share my experience with others and help you in the process. Some parts of this book will be like the slap of truth, other parts a nice story. Either way, it's how I see things.
