Gio is a independent 18 year old high school drop out. His father was a dead beat and his mother is a junkie/prostitute who abandoned him while he was 15. He was living with his uncle who taught him how to survive in the streets until his uncle and one of his uncles friends was shot dead in the streets involving a dangerous drug lord.
