Persimmon always knew she was meant for something greater. Her whole life had been the same story. She was surviving off of a risk. Her father would always steal moments to find a way to keep two dragonets alive for seven years. Persimmon's sister, Sangria, was different than her. She sees their father as a threat to their very lives.
When danger beckons Persimmon out of the shadows, she must make a choice between avenging her family or focus on a greater threat; a dragon who has been plotting on another continent.
Pyrrhia has more than one threat now. A raging war and a potential villain from a different world is the last thing this dragon wants to care about. For now, her duties lie elsewhere -- in the Ice Kingdom.

"TWO SHALL DIE AND ONE SHALL LEARN." ______________________________________ The dragonets of destiny have given up on the prophecy. But one dragon isn't willing to let the war go on. Hare will do whatever it takes to see the war end and let the continent live in peace. She will give the SandWings a queen, though she's not sure she'd be able to watch her mother die. When Hare realizes that there's no convincing her friends to keep trying, she turns to another group of dragonets to ask them for help. Flame hates the prophecy. He hates his stupid fate and the stupid NightWing that threw him into this mess. When he finds out the prophecy was fake all along, he's more than happy to give up. He wants nothing more than to go home and see his mother, especially after all that's happened. But Hare manages to be convincing enough, and the last thing he wants is to have to live in fear of losing his mother to the war. Both groups of dragonets have lived their entire lives in a lie, but one will end the war and make Pyrrhia the continent it was before. As Clue gets himself wrapped up in the prophecy while trying to find a way for himself and the others to get off the planet, they learn that there's more to this new world that meets the eye, and that they have to be careful if they want a chance to escape.
