The City of Night was claimed to be destroyed. Taken down by the former army of the Riot of Rot, now the malicious ruler of The Scarred Wasteland, what many flourishing species and races of Elves, Harpies and even hybrids used to call their home. With nowhere else to go, they obey the Riot's laws rather than risk decaying alive.
But Chang Tsan and the Houses have different ideals of peace.
Despite their hatred toward each other, the Houses will have to pull together to undo the decay created by a curse known as time.
