Losing her parents at the early age of sixteen, Sapphire Evergreen goes on in life with a falsetto smile, convincing her friends and family that she is infact okay. No one knows the turmoil she feels but herself. 

On her eighteenth birthday everything changes when something happens, leaving her with happiness she only remembers from the time her parents were alive. 

It brings nothing but surprises, not good ones at all. It turns her world upside down, leaving her questioning not only her parents but also her owns existence. She finds so much about herself that she has no choice but to believe she has gone insane, worse with the voice inside her head telling her what to do and controlling her emotions in a way that is new to herself. Not in all her life did she think this would happen to her, but hey, nothing ever goes her way anyway 

Struggling against the people who murders her parents, Sapphire must go in search of the only person who can grant her answers of what's happening to her. Join her as she makes her way through the driest deserts, stormiest oceans until she reaches the evergreen forest.
