What would happen if animals managed to gain magical knowledge? What would happen if those animals learnt how to take on human forms? What would happen if one magpie learnt how to do this? Why, they'd be getting their hands on anything shiny they could see. What if there was also a dove with a human form, who simply wants peace to come out of animals suddenly manifesting magic? What would happen if that same dove got accused of a crime they didn't commit? All hell would break loose.
